Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting with month-end closing. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable (vendor invoices and payments) and accounts receivable (customer billing and collections).
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and files.
  • Support senior accountants with audit preparations and other ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course.
  • 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Knowledge of any accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English communication.
