Junior Accountant for Total Investment Management and Corporation

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in examination of daily transaction of revenue generating departments.
  • Ensures proper posting of all transactions in the hotel management system.
  • Ensures that any variation from actual transaction against posting to hotel management's system is properly accounted for.
  • Verifies online travel agencies' billing for commission purposes.
  • Daily Monitoring of folio balances of house guest, bill on hold and others.
  • Reconciles employee ledger on books against payroll records.
  • Witnesses month- end actual account inventory.

Requirements:

  • Preferably graduate of BS in Accountancy.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the industry.
  • Knows the train law, create law, AFS and GIS.
  • Accepting newly graduates.
