Reporting: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

About the role

Golden Richland Farm Corporation is seeking a full-time Human Resource Admin to join our team in San Mateo, Isabela. In this role, you will be responsible in the day-to-day administrative tasks and supports the smooth operation of a company's human resources department, focusing on employee records, recruitment processes, payroll support, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and off boarding
  • Coordinating and administering HR-related processes and documentation, including payroll, benefits, and employee records
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees, addressing their HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborating with the Management to implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Supporting the team in various projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR administrator or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using HR-related software and technologies, such as HRIS and payroll systems
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
