Reporting: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am-5:00 pm)
About the role
Golden Richland Farm Corporation is seeking a full-time Human Resource Admin to join our team in San Mateo, Isabela. In this role, you will be responsible in the day-to-day administrative tasks and supports the smooth operation of a company's human resources department, focusing on employee records, recruitment processes, payroll support, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and off boarding
- Coordinating and administering HR-related processes and documentation, including payroll, benefits, and employee records
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees, addressing their HR-related inquiries and concerns
- Collaborating with the Management to implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Supporting the team in various projects and initiatives as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in using HR-related software and technologies, such as HRIS and payroll systems
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
