We are seeking a Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative' in Isabela, Cagayan Valley. As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening and placing top talent for our diverse client base. What you'll be doing
- Actively sourcing and screening qualified candidates for a range of roles across various industries
- Conducting initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and making job offers
- Maintaining an up-to-date database of candidates and job openings
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Participating in strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or human resources role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to provide a high level of customer service
- A proven track record of successfully identifying and placing qualified candidates
- A collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
