Human Resources Officer

The Human Resources Officer plays a critical role in supporting the HR function by ensuring the effective administration of human capital processes and adherence to labour regulations. This role assists the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, recruitment activities, training coordination, employee relations, and HR reporting.
The HR Officer ensures that the organization maintains a compliant, fair, and engaging work environment that attracts, develops, and retains high-performing employees. By supporting the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—this position contributes to operational efficiency, workforce satisfaction, and organizational development. The HR Officer also serves as a key liaison between management and staff, providing guidance, clarification, and support on HR-related matters.
This position demands a combination of technical HR knowledge, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. The HR Officer is expected to demonstrate discretion, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
