About the role

Join Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative as a full-time Field Coordinator based in Isabela, Cagayan Valley. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the company's field operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of essential services to our valued customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

1. Liaise with field teams to schedule and coordinate daily activities and assignments
2. Provide administrative support to field personnel, including managing schedules, processing timesheets, and tracking inventory
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
4. Assist in the planning and execution of field-based projects and initiatives
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to field operations
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of field processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field coordination or administrative support role
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
5. A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
6. Knowledge of the Cagayan Valley region and experience in the administrative or office support industry would be an advantage
