As a Financial Assistant, you ensure that the company makes sound financial decisions. Your work, whether it's budget tracking, allocations, reporting or tracking performance metrics is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. You will support all Financial Business Partner activities. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced continually evolving environment.

  • Support with Inter Company Charges analysis
  • Mid-month sending of charges to approvers
  • Requesting expense support from Central
  • Accounts Payable
  • Goods Received
  • Service owner coding approval
  • Processing
  • Point of contact for Jenny
  • Internal Order Increases
  • Purchase Requisition
  • Service owner coding approval
  • Processing
  • Purchase Order coding updates
  • Download invoices associated with POs
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Billing Calculations? Transferring to Accounting?
  • Provisions
  • Reporting
  • Downloading reports from AVC and input to Teams (incld. Formatting by PC/Tower/etc.)
  • GL Analysis
  • Fixed Asset Ledger
  • Frequent Master data updates
  • Downloading reports from SAP and input to Teams
  • Meeting support
  • Scheduling large meetings
  • Creation of Meeting Minutes
  • Savings measures
  • Data collection and workbook updates
  • Plan v Actual Analysis
  • Line Costs for MGMT Report
  • Month-End
  • Journal Entries
  • Provisions
  • Reclasses

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in corporate finance or business analysis
  • Experience with Excel, spreadsheet tools, financial modeling, budget tracking
  • An understanding of economics and corporate finance principles and ability to effectively apply them in practice
  • Basic accounting knowledge and applicability to financial modeling.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excel experience; must be able to create pivot tables, and perform basic analysis
  • Experience using SAP & Power BI
