Finance Analyst

Reporting to the Asst. FP&A Manager, the Finance Analyst has broad exposure to the full cycle of accounting. The Finance Analysts prepares the billing, monitor and update job costs. This position provides support and assistance to Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and General Ledger activities. The Finance Analyst supports the business unit/functional heads in monthly review of P&L and budget preparation and monitoring.

Educational Background / Work Experience

Graduate of BS in Accountancy or related courses.

With 5 years of experience, 2 years of which as Finance Analyst.

Knowledgeable in costing, budgeting, forecasting and financial statement analysis.

• Creation of external billing invoices and intercompany billings.
• Submit for approval intercompany billings.
• Monitor and update Job Costs to close and invoice.
• Prepare monthly flash report.
• Monitor and update other current asset – disbursement account.
• Generate Job Cost Purchase Order (JCPO).
• Perform job costing in system.
• Support BU in margin and profit and loss analysis.
• Assist Asst FP&A Manager in the preparation and monitoring of budget, forecast and financial simulation.
• Analyze the assigned BU(s) Profit and Loss report.
