We are seeking a sharp and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This is a high-impact role where you will be the crucial link between our financial data and our operational performance. The company will go beyond traditional reporting to provide insights that drive efficiency, manage risk, and support key decisions on the shop floor and in the executive suite. You will work 50 hours/week during U.S business hours, and get paid on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Analyze financial results and clearly communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Work directly with our operations and maintenance teams to track costs, analyze maintenance event profitability, and improve visibility into labor and parts usage.
  • Support critical cost-saving initiatives by analyzing supply chain and inventory data, helping to optimize our working capital.
  • Partner with the team to evaluate operational and financial risks and ensure our internal controls meet the high standards of our FAA-regulated environment.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting, data analytics, and business processes to support our continued growth.

Qualifications (Must-Haves):

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA, CFA, or CIA certification
  • 2-4 years of experience in a financial analysis, audit, or accounting role.
  • Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting (FP&A).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations clearly.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with non-finance teams.

Ideal/Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as aviation, aerospace, industrial services, or manufacturing.
  • Background in public accounting (Big 4/national firm) or investment banking with a focus on audit or FP&A.
  • Familiarity with internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes.
  • Experience with cost accounting and inventory analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
