Join a team that's passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.About The RoleWe're looking for an exceptional Parabroker / Credit Analyst to join our growing team. You will guide clients through the loan process from first contact to settlement, with the support of a collaborative team behind you.Position SnapshotRole: Parabroker Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) Experience: Minimum 2 years Parabroking required Location: Work from home Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the point of contact for our clients Support Senior Mortgage Brokers with loan applications Research lender policy and liaise with BDMs Prepare Preliminary Assessments Handle serviceability calculators and ensure compliance Oversee loan tracking through to settlement Build and maintain relationships with clients, BDMs, and conveyancers Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma in Mortgage Broking Strong understanding of residential loans including construction Solid knowledge of Australian lending products, policies, and compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated and able to work well in a team Comfortable using Zoom for communication What's In It For YouImmediate start available Competitive salary (based on experience) Professional growth and development opportunities Supportive, collaborative team culture How To ApplyWe'd love to hear from you To stand out, start your application with the phrase :"I am the chosen one, for the Parabroker position."
