JOB DESCRIPTION

Project Kick Off

  • Prepare detailed Project Plans
  • Defines the Project Organizational Charts, Manpower Resources and Client engagements
  • Identify Point of Contact informations and Meeting schedules
  • Proper set up of Site Workplace and Employee Accommodations

Project Planning

  • Prepare Internal Project Schedule
  • Monitoring detailed schedule of activities with two (2) weeks look ahead schedule
  • Monitoring of compliance with the schedule and always have a catch up schedule when necessary
  • Prepare Project Budgetary Estimations
  • Prepare Risk Management Plan

Project Implementations

  • Ensures all projects/activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensures all projects/activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage daily reporting of site activities and updates to the Management
  • Immediate reporting to the Managing Director of incidents/issues that need immediate attention and decision
  • Project Cost Monitoring
  • Preside weekly meeting to discuss the week's accomplishment reports and targets.
  • Ensure that site employees are properly oriented and trained
  • Facilitate, manage and align all efforts of different departments to ensure all resource requirements of a project are delivered on-time
  • Monitor target dates of deliverables of Project Team and Head Office Departments

Progress Billing

  • Prepare Progress Billing

Project Documentation

  • Collate necessary documents for project completion and ensure completion of supporting documents
  • Comply with comprehensive project documentation guidelines and procedures
  • Implementation of standard tools, systems and techniques in measuring project performance
  • Update documentations as the project progresses
  • Supervises the initiation and maintenance of project files at all Project sites

People Management

  • To propose and evaluate the manpower requirements thru updating of Table of Organization
  • To determine the basic task at hand
  • To update Job Description and IQOT as a joint responsibility with HRD & QM
  • Report good and behavior thru Performance evaluation and Incident Report
  • Motivates all Project Site employees and instill proper Project Site discipline and standard work behavior
  • Investigates infractions, violations, and complaints of personnel
  • Assess skills and competencies of subordinates, and ensure availability of Training Program when needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Technology or equivalent
  • Proven experience (2 years or more) as an Jr. Project Manager as well as experience in implementing RDBMS and other front & backend systems
  • Willing to be assigned or travel to any project sites
  • Ability to function independently, set direction, and implement solutions that resolve business issues
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and negotiating skills required
  • Organization and interpersonal, conflict resolution and critical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can converse comfortably in English
