POSITION PURPOSE:

The primary job responsibility of Jr Systems & Network Administrator is to serve as subject expert on Microsoft Business Central (NAV) enterprise resource planning and the Corporate business systems and applications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● System administration of MS Dynamics System, projects, reports and analysis

● Maintain MS Dynamic system for continuous availability

● Manage integration mapping and configurations in the system based on business operations requirement from various departments

● Perform data uploads, mass updates and system configuration updates

● Set up and configure workflow parameters, approval threshold, accounting set up, etc. in the system

● Provide support in resolving user issues that may be related to systems and network set-up or configurations

● Evaluate and endorse proposal for acquisition, upgrades or implementation of any application systems

● System testing and rollout planning

● Escalate critical issues, find solutions and implement fixes

● Work with vendor on problem management

● Helpdesk/troubleshooting to address technical system issues and service requests

● Manage and support all IT business needs of MS Dynamics users

● Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College in Computer Science/Information Technology or in related field

● At least 1-2 years of working experience in Microsoft Dynamics is a must

● Required Skill: ERP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Strong problem solving, root cause analysis and improvement

● Excellent written and verbal communications

● Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and the ability to communicate well in a timely manner with employees at all levels;

● Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite;

● Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and prioritize tasks to meet numerous deadlines in a fast paced environment;

● Team player, self-starter and faster learner;

● Keen attention to detail;

● Must be available for occasional weekend and after hours work;

● Ability to work under pressure and handle stress;

● Ability to meet regular attendance/tardiness policy.
