Job Description:

As a Junior Business Analyst (Jr. BA), you will support the project lifecycle by analyzing requirements, translating them into functional designs, and recommending user processes and procedures. You will play a key role in developing implementation schedules, managing milestones, and tracking project progress to ensure timely delivery. Working closely with internal teams, you will address and escalate issues that may impact deliverables, while maintaining scope control through structured processes. Additionally, your role includes assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies to support smooth project implementation.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in business analysis and project management. You possess the ability to interpret requirements into actionable solutions and are dedicated to maintaining scope and schedule control. You enjoy collaborating with teams, troubleshooting issues, and are committed to continuous learning and growth in project implementation.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience being a business analyst or system analyst
  • Basic experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Ability to create and track implementation schedules and milestones.
  • Experience with high-level solution design and product testing.
  • Ability to maintain work plans and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of Change Control Processes.
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks during implementation.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in client implementations.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with risk management practices.
