Job Summary:

The Warehouse Auditor is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records across warehouses and storage facilities. The role involves conducting regular audits, verifying stock movements, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and preparing audit reports. The position requires fieldwork and frequent travel across North and Central Luzon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular warehouse audits to verify actual inventory against system records.
  • Check accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials, supplies, and goods.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse processes, safety procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Identify discrepancies and report variances, losses, damage, or irregularities.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel and management to resolve inventory issues.
  • Prepare and submit accurate audit reports within set timelines.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
  • Travel to various warehouse and site locations in North and Central Luzon as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School or College level/graduate (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field).
  • Experience in warehousing, auditing, inventory control, or related work is an advantage.
  • Must know how to drive and possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Willing to travel frequently across North and Central Luzon.
