Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Internal Auditor who will be responsible for conducting regular audits across the Head Office, Warehouse, Satellite Offices, and Retail Stores. This role ensures compliance with internal policies, accurate inventory management, and recommends improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inventory audits in retail stores and warehouses to verify stock accuracy and prevent losses.
  • Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits across assigned locations.
  • Evaluate internal controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Examine financial records, operational reports, and transaction documentation.
  • Perform spot checks and surprise audits on cash handling, inventory records, and physical stock.
  • Identify discrepancies, process gaps, and risks in inventory and operations.
  • Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, and Warehouse Teams during audit engagements.
  • Provide support in developing and enhancing audit tools, strategies, and schedules.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Finance, or related field.
  • With 2-3 years of audit experience, preferably in retail, warehouse, or inventory-heavy environments.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel to satellite offices and store branches for field audits.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and audit documentation/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP B1 is an advantage.
  • Willing to do field work audit
  • Willing to Travel within Metro Manila
  • Can Start ASAP with complete pre-employment requirements.

Work Setup & Expectations:
  • On-site reporting at the Head Office, with scheduled and surprise visits to satellite offices and retail stores.
  • Must be able to conduct physical counts and reconcile actual inventory vs. system records.
  • Regularly report to the Audit Head and Management on audit status and findings.
