- Discrepancy investigation:

Identify, document, and investigate any discrepancies between physical counts and records to determine the cause, such as miscounting, theft, or data entry errors.
- Reporting:

Create and submit reports on audit findings, including the details of discrepancies and potential solutions.
- Process improvement:

Analyze current procedures and recommend improvements to inventory management, tracking, and control systems to minimize future errors.
- Data entry:

Record count data into inventory management programs or databases.
