About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Field Auditor to join our Distribution team. The Field Auditor will be responsible for conducting on-site audits of distribution activities, verifying compliance with company policies, ensuring inventory accuracy, and safeguarding company assets. This role requires strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to provide objective reporting to management.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct field audits across distribution centers, warehouses, and delivery routes.
  2. Verify accuracy of inventory records, stock transfers, and deliveries.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Investigate discrepancies in stocks, deliveries, and financial records.
  5. Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendations.
  6. Monitor adherence to internal controls and risk management practices.
  7. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel to resolve audit issues.
  8. Recommend process improvements to strengthen efficiency and prevent losses.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. At least 1–2 years of experience in auditing, fieldwork, or distribution/logistics operations (preferred).
  3. Knowledge of audit procedures, inventory control, and distribution processes.
  4. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  6. High level of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.
  7. Willingness to travel for field audits.
  8. Proven expertise in conducting comprehensive audits, risk assessments, and process improvements.
  9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex financial issues.
  10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  11. Proficiency in using audit software and data analysis tools
