DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Conduct routine and random audits of inventory to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records (WMS/ERP).
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies.
• Reconcile inventory variances and report findings to warehouse management.
• Document audit results and maintain detailed records of findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Assist in cycle counts, annual physical inventory, and other inventory control initiatives.
• Investigate root causes of discrepancies or inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure data integrity.
• Verify the correct labeling, storage, and handling of goods.
• Report any unsafe conditions or violations to management promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in any related business management course
• At least 1 years related experience required
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, and inventory software.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures.
