About the role:

Our company is seeking a talented and driven National Key Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with our National Key Accounts.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our national key accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Developing and executing tailored account strategies to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction
  • Negotiating and closing new business opportunities, achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Analyzing account performance metrics and providing regular updates to senior management
  • Identifying new opportunities for expansion and service enhancement within existing key accounts
  • Representing the company at industry events and maintaining a strong network within the industry
  • Have a strong background in FMCG and a proven ability to handle major retail accounts such as SM
  • Experience managing major retail accounts such as SM, Robinson's, Puregold, or similar national chains

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the FMCG sales and account management field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic national accounts
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
