Professional Experience and Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or any related field from a reputable university;
- At least 6 months to 1 year of successful sales background in a Consumer Goods industry;
- Candidates must have a thorough understanding and exposure to Key Accounts;
- Candidates should have analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, leadership skills, willingness to mentor and develop talent, and the ability to thrive under pressure;
- Must have a driver's license and is flexible to do field work; those who are willing to be relocated get an advantage.
Role Summary:
- Ensures that account of assignment continues to grow in terms of scope, volume, and number of accounts;
- Provides promo of activities and store sell-in plans and discuss the opportunity to further grow the business;
- Provides and negotiates best deal programs;
- Plans and creates strategies to penetrate new accounts;
- Ensures that sales targets are achieved.
