This full-time position will provide high-quality, non-voice customer support for our Lifestyle Accounts, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. As a key member of our dynamic customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via email, live chat, and other non-voice channels
  2. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer accounts accordingly
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met

  7. Continuously develop your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support
