We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support professional to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support for Travel and Hospitality Account, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients in the travel and hospitality industry, providing exceptional service and support. This full-time role is based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, offering the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, or cancelling travel arrangements
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns related to our clients' travel and hospitality services
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the travel and hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
