Building Maintenance Technician (Commercial & Residential)

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of building facilities in both commercial and residential properties. The technician will handle electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general maintenance tasks to ensure that our properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning (HVAC).
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency repairs.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong equipment life.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building systems, fixtures, and utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers when needed.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Provide support for property upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in building or property maintenance.
  • Skilled in electrical work, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.
  • TESDA NC II or equivalent certification in any trade (Electrical, Plumbing, Refrigeration & Aircon Servicing) is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and safety procedures.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required.
  • Experience in commercial and residential property maintenance preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
