Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Facilities Technician to handle the maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems with a focus on electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing. The role will support both commercial and residential properties, ensuring safety, efficiency, and comfort for tenants and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, air-conditioning units, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure all facilities are in good working condition.
  • Respond to service requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and monitor tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
  • Support the property/building management team in daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience as an electrician, aircon technician, plumber, or facilities maintenance worker.
  • TESDA NC II (Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Refrigeration & Airconditioning Servicing, or Plumbing) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
