Multi-skilled Technician (Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and versatile Multi-skilled Technician to join our property management team. The role is responsible for performing general building maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance across commercial and residential properties, with skills in electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and other building systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, air-conditioning units, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and building safety.
  • Respond promptly to service requests, tenant concerns, and emergency repairs.
  • Assist in minor carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance work when required.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure proper inventory of spare parts.
  • Follow safety regulations, building codes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support property managers in improvement projects and day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in facilities, property, or building maintenance.
  • Knowledge and skills in electrical work, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repair.
  • TESDA NC II certification (Electrical Installation, Refrigeration & Aircon Servicing, or Plumbing) is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
