QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledgable in aircon and refrigerator repair
  • With experience in electrical, carpentry, masonry, civil works, painting works, and welding works.
  • Must be willing to be an in-house Maintenance (All-around)
  • At least college level/ Tech-Vocational graduate (NCII Certifications) with related work experience
  • With own motorcycle and basic repair tools

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Performing routine maintenance around the store such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door, or wall repair
  • Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
  • Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
  • Providing timely and consistent maintenance of refrigeration systems and components.
  • Known to check up and repair refrigerator and aircon (Inverter type)
  • Maintaining the building's HVAC (Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) equipment to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly.
  • Applying preventative measures to the store to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof.
  • Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
  • Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped.
  • The employee may be assigned to a different branch when the need arises.
  • Maybe ask for other tasks that may arise from time to time that may be assigned to the employee.

Pay: Php Php800.00 per day
