Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician – Extrusion is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting extrusion machines, mixers, and other equipment used in the manufacturing process. The role ensures that production machines operate in optimal condition to minimize downtime and maximize output. This position is critical to supporting the manufacturing team by ensuring the continuity, efficiency, and reliability of production operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Extrusion Maintenance Technician in a plastic manufacturing, industrial, or utility environment.
  • Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or any related Technology or Engineering field.
  • Alternatively, a Technical-Vocational course graduate with strong hands-on experience in extrusion machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Willing to be assign in Cebu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair extrusion machinery, mixers, and related production equipment.
  • Machine Setup and Calibration: Configure extrusion lines, adjust dies, and ensure proper material flow to achieve consistent product quality.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts to prevent equipment breakdowns.
  • Blueprint and Schematic Reading: Interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements in equipment performance, reliability, and maintenance processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and work orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
