Job Requirements:

  • CPA or non-CPA
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting or any accounting related courses
  • Withat least three (3) years of relevant experience in Franchise Accounting, preferably with Franchise Operations and/or Retail Accounting experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Issue monthly franchisee financial statements, prepare settlement reports. and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Record inventory adjustments and losses, analyze stock variances, and strengthen internal controls to minimize financial risks.
  • Monitor franchise financial performance (profitability, cost monitoring, compliance).
  • Coordinate with franchisees on financial matters and queries.
  • Maintain accurate franchise account balances (advances, deductions, and reimbursements).
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policy, tax regulations, and franchise financial terms.
  • Supervise and train accounting assistants in handling franchise accounting transactions and franchise specific processes and reporting standards.
