  1. Assist in identifying and evaluating potential franchisees
  2. Process and verify franchise applications and documentation
  3. Coordinate onboarding, training, and orientation for new franchisees
  4. Monitor franchise operations to ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
  5. Conduct regular site visits and operational audits
  6. Prepare reports on franchise performance and issues
  7. Support marketing and promotional efforts related to franchise development
  8. Assist in resolving franchisee concerns or operational challenges
  9. Maintain updated records of franchise contracts, agreements, and renewals
  10. Participate in franchise expos, events, and recruitment drives
  11. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  13. Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  14. Able to travel for franchise visits and events
  15. Knowledge of business processes, operations, and customer service
  16. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
