Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience working in a bank, with proven expertise in client generation, loan processing, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding required targets in client acquisition and loan portfolio growth.
  • Hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end loan process — from client prospecting, needs assessment, and application facilitation to documentation, submission, and securing loan approval.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, credit evaluation, loan processing procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as within a team to achieve set objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools or loan management systems is an advantage.

Job Description:

  • Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
  • Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations and provided report for supervisor to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
  • Compute payment schedules.
  • Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs.
  • Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customers' needs.
  • Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.
  • Confer with underwriters to aid in resolving mortgage application problems
  • Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.
  • Prepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action.
  • Arrange for maintenance and liquidation of delinquent properties.
  • Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation.
  • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
  • Prepare and submit loan related reports to send to local regulators BSP and H.O.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php300,000.00 per month
