PRODUCT UNIT HEAD

Position Summary

The Product Head is responsible for managing the entire loan operations of the product being handled and ensuring its profitability. He/She is tasked with driving the development and enhancement of plans and programs relevant to the loan product. The Product Head's responsibilities include strategizing and developing effective concepts for the loan product's improvement, as well as modifying loan features in response to competition, profitability, and stability.

Essential Functions

  1. Responsible for managing the entire loan product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

  2. Ensures the development, profitability and sustainability of the Loan product.

  3. Make sure that the mandates and objectives of the Unit are attained.

  4. Responsible for instilling lead ethos for the entire loan operations.

  5. Responsible for analyzing potential partner relationship for loan product.
