Overview Join to apply for the Team Head - Auto Loan Luzon Fleet role at Security Bank Corporation . About The Role As Team Head, you will be responsible for generating auto – loan product sales for Auto Loan Fleet and growing the portfolio through volume generation from branches and other fleet sources. You will also be responsible for building a strong sales team to ensure attainment of the channel’s target. How You’ll Contribute Manages a team of Sales Officers in generating auto loans from a geographical area of branches with the objective of meeting volume targets Ensures that branches are actively referring auto loans and Auto Fleet accounts with the objective of increasing the bank’s market share based on set volume targets Monitors processing TAT of the team from solicitation through loan booking and disbursement, ensuring compliance with document deficiencies Coordinates with Product team to implement incentive programs to increase branch referrals for Auto Fleet Loans Attends internal/external meetings and sales/marketing events to promote the business through collaboration with partners Evaluates, recommends and approves deviation requests and signing authorities in accordance with lending authority What We’re Looking For At least 10 years of sales-related experience in Auto Loans, preferably from banking Knowledgeable in credit underwriting Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales Strong background in people management and strategic planning About Security Bank Security Bank is a private domestic universal bank in the Philippines.
