About The Role
As Team Head, you will be responsible for generating auto – loan product sales for Auto Loan Fleet and growing the portfolio through volume generation from branches and other fleet sources. You will also be responsible for building a strong sales team to ensure attainment of the channel’s target.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Manages a team of Sales Officers in generating auto loans from a geographical area of branches with the objective of meeting volume targets
  • Ensures that branches are actively referring auto loans and Auto Fleet accounts with the objective of increasing the bank’s market share based on set volume targets
  • Monitors processing TAT of the team from solicitation through loan booking and disbursement, ensuring compliance with document deficiencies
  • Coordinates with Product team to implement incentive programs to increase branch referrals for Auto Fleet Loans
  • Attends internal/external meetings and sales/marketing events to promote the business through collaboration with partners
  • Evaluates, recommends and approves deviation requests and signing authorities in accordance with lending authority

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 10 years of sales-related experience in Auto Loans, preferably from banking
  • Knowledgeable in credit underwriting
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales
  • Strong background in people management and strategic planning
