Job Title: Loans Associate

Location: Pasig City

Employment Type: Full Time

Department: Loans and Credit Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily loan payments and ensure timely deposits to the bank.
  • Prepare accurate Statements of Account.
  • Draft and organize loan documentation—including promissory notes, disclosure statements, and other required documents—prior to loan disbursement.
  • Track expired vehicle registrations and proactively reminds clients to renew.
  • Monitor insurance expirations for active loans and notify clients accordingly.
  • Facilitate the registration of mortgages with the Personal Property Security Registry (PPSR).
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Ms Office and Google Office Application
  • Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward professional growth.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
