Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: Php

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are based on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of complex financial reconciliations across multiple business entities, ensuring data integrity across QuickBooks, Service Titan, and other platforms.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present high-level financial reports (e.g., trend analysis, budget vs. actuals) to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate and enhance accounting workflows (AP/AR, payroll, invoicing) to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable cycles, managing invoicing, collections, and cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with operations and management to align financial reporting with business goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in a service-based or multi-entity environment.
  • Mastery of QuickBooks and strong ability to learn and use Service Titan or similar management software.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
