About the Role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers, and partners of Grid Property Ventures, Inc. The role involves handling inquiries, assisting users of our real estate platform, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client and broker inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about listings, subscriptions, and account-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Assist in client onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting on the company's platform.
- Record and track client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending concerns and ensure proper escalation of unresolved issues.
- Support promotional activities, surveys, and marketing initiatives related to customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, property listings, and service processes.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest ways to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate, property management, or online platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.

- Background in real estate, brokerage, or client relations.
- Experience working with online property listing platforms or subscription-based services.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based with possible client meetings or property visits.
- Regular work schedule with flexibility during peak periods or client events.
