About the role
Join 2GO Group Inc., a leading logistics and transportation company in the Philippines, as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of 2GO's services and solutions to our valued customers. This full-time role is based in La Paz, Iloilo City, Iloilo.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned account portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organisations
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements, and tailor 2GO's services to meet their unique needs
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to deliver exceptional service to clients
- Regularly report on account performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of account management strategies and initiatives
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
