We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Professional with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, utilizing tools such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Power BI. Beyond technical proficiency, they should demonstrate a genuine passion for understanding the business and driving impactful decisions.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making, and contributing to long-term planning. The successful candidate is not only proficient in finance but also intellectually curious, business oriented, and eager to influence both operational and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with department and business unit leaders to deliver financial insights, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations that inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and long-term planning efforts.
  • Utilize NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Power BI to create dashboards and reports that highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
  • Deep exposure with creating and presenting forecasted revenue with stakeholders or higher management and budget reconciliation processes.
