Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex business models into robust financial models. This role involves working closely with management and stakeholders to assess the financial performance and valuation of companies, projects, or investments.

Key Responsibilities
•

  • Business Understanding - Analyse and understand business models across diverse sectors, identifying key drivers of revenue, cost, and profitability. o Conduct market and industry research to contextualise business assumptions and benchmarks.

  • Financial Modelling - Develop, maintain, and refine detailed financial models to evaluate business performance, cash flows, and funding needs. Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to test the impact of different strategies or market conditions. Ensure models are dynamic, transparent, and aligned with best practices in financial analysis.
  • Valuation Analysis - Apply a range of valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.) to determine fair value. o Support investment, strategic, or M&A decisions through valuation insights and scenario planning.
  • Performance & Reporting - Prepare financial forecasts, dashboards, and management reports for decision making. Interpret and communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and nonfinance stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement - Partner with internal teams (strategy, operations, investments, etc.) to refine assumptions and strengthen model accuracy. o Continuously improve analytical frameworks, valuation tools, and model templates

Qualification

  • 1-3 years work of experience
  • Experience with Startups
  • with International experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php48,000.00 per month
