Job Overview

As a Performance Reporting Expert or Financial Performance Analyst within Business Partner Services, you will play a key role in strengthening the data-driven way of working within COO Finance. You will develop strong knowledge of day-to-day financial and operational processes, build data models, conduct analysis, and ensure timely, accurate, and insightful reporting for the COO Finance Management Team and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data models and dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) within COO Finance.
  • Coordinate and align different data streams and reports to ensure information can be cascaded effectively across teams.
  • Facilitate performance dialogue meetings with the MT COO Finance and other senior stakeholders when required.
  • Log, monitor, and steer progress on agreed performance improvement actions.
  • Develop and maintain a single point of truth reporting environment, consolidating multiple data sources for decision-making.
  • Conduct investigations on organizational topics, collaborating closely with process and content experts to draw actionable conclusions and recommendations.
  • Translate complex data into clear, visual, and actionable insights that support business decisions and process improvements.

Key Capabilities & Qualifications

  • University Bachelor's degree (BSc) or equivalent.
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in communication, customer experience, or performance reporting.
  • Proven ability to design and implement performance metrics and manage KPI reporting frameworks.
  • Expert knowledge in data gathering, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across functional and geographical boundaries.
  • Proactive, persuasive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of banking processes and IT acumen is an advantage.
