Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2–3 years of related experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • A graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Preferably a holder of CPA license or similar certifications

Knowledge

  • Accounting operations for real estate development
  • MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP)
