  • The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial planning and budget management of the company, assists in consolidation, reporting and analysis of financial results.
  • The role is responsible for updating the Project financials, comparing the Latest Estimate vs Approval to Launch.
  • This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, and maintaining financial discipline within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2–3 years of related experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • A graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Preferably a holder of CPA license or similar certifications

Knowledge

  • Accounting operations for real estate development
  • MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP)

Skills
