, where you'll play a key role in
Operational Excellence financial reporting
, driving productivity, optimizing performance, and shaping the financial future of our global manufacturing network.

What You'll Do

As a trusted partner to our Finance Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll:

  • Lead
    FPMP savings reporting
    and analysis to track plant performance and cost optimization.
  • Manage
    EBITDA bridge forecasting
    , ensuring transparency and accuracy across global regions.
  • Deliver
    recurring dashboards and financial summaries
    using tools like Power BI and OneStream.
  • Support
    WAVE initiative tracking
    , ensuring alignment with savings targets and reporting standards.
  • Drive the
    Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
    process, from target setting to forecasting.
  • Contribute to
    strategic projects
    , including pricing, profitability, and network optimization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance or Accounting
    .
  • Minimum 3–5 years
    of experience in
    FP&A
    , financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong
    Excel
    skills and a knack for
    financial modeling
    .
  • Experience in
    manufacturing finance
    ,
    cost accounting
    , or
    lean principles
    is a plus.
  • Familiarity with
    SAP
    ,
    Power BI
    , and
    financial planning systems
    (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion) is added advantage, but if you haven't used them before, that's okay. What matters more is your learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for
    continuous improvement
