About the role

In this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in the Accounting/Finance & Analysis & Reporting department, providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth and decision-making.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to inform management decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models to track performance and identify trends
  • Assists in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
  • Identifies and recommend opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to provide financial expertise and support
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant or CFA is an advantage, not required
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial analyst or similar role
  • Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial software
