About the role
Join the dynamic customer service team of 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' as a Customer Service Representative based in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the company's success. As a customer-facing professional, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring clients' needs are met with efficiency and care.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and resolving issues
- Demonstrate strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour when dealing with customers
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with company policies, products and services
- Contribute to the implementation of customer service initiatives and process improvements
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
