About the role

Join the dynamic customer service team of 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' as a Customer Service Representative based in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the company's success. As a customer-facing professional, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring clients' needs are met with efficiency and care.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and resolving issues
  2. Demonstrate strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
  3. Maintain a positive and professional demeanour when dealing with customers
  4. Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
  6. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with company policies, products and services
  7. Contribute to the implementation of customer service initiatives and process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
