Your Key Responsibilities

Application Management: Process multiple loan files simultaneously using ApplyOnline, LoanApp platforms and paper-based lodgement, ensuring accurate and timely lodgement to lenders.

Documentation Excellence: Collect, verify and manage all client documentation while maintaining strict NCCP compliance standards throughout the loan journey.

Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, keeping them informed and engaged while collecting required signatures and supporting documents.

Data Management: Handle substantial data entry across multiple systems, ensuring client information is captured accurately with electronic filing precision.

Sales Support: You will work hand-in-hand with our sales team to support them by following up with customers and lenders


Essential Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3+ years hands-on Australian loan processing experience with non-bank lenders

Documentation Expertise: Strong understanding of full doc and alt-doc lending requirements

Technical Skills: Proficiency with NextGen Apply Online systems and CRM platforms including Sales Trekker

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for client and lender interactions
