- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in encoding data.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Description:
The Social Media and Office Secretary will be responsible for managing the TikTok account of our snack product, handling offers to affiliate partners, encoding and organizing reports, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the TikTok account by posting engaging content, responding to comments, and monitoring trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies.
- Track performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly social media reports.
- Affiliate Offer Coordination
- Communicate with current and potential affiliate partners.
- Send offers, track responses, and follow up to ensure timely onboarding of affiliates.
- Maintain a database of affiliate contacts and performance metrics.
- Report Encoding and Management
- Accurately encode sales, affiliate performance, and social media metrics reports.
- Organize files and ensure proper documentation of business activities.
- Provide summarized reports to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- General Administrative Support
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Manage and update databases and filing systems.
Job Offer:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Arrangement: On-site or remote (depending on company preference)
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Compensation: Php 550/day
