Job Title: Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage content creation and distribution across all social media channels
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages promptly
  • Identify key influencers and collaborate with them to amplify brand message
  • Analyze metrics and provide insights to improve social media performance
  • Keep up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience
  • Proven ability to create compelling content and drive engagement
  • Skilled in using social listening tools and analyzing data to inform decision making
  • Expert knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
