Key responsibilities also include responding to inquiries, managing office correspondence, and acting as a liaison between the sales team and clients or other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the sales team's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Client Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Document Management: Prepare and organize sales-related documents such as proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Database & Record Keeping: Maintain and update sales records, files, and databases accurately.
- Liaison: Act as a link between the sales team, clients, and other departments like marketing or front office for efficient coordination.
- Office Support: Perform general office duties like ordering supplies and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department.
