Social Media Manager/Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can drive social media growth and engagement. As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social calendars to increase brand awareness and reach.

• Align social content with our ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal promotions.

• Analyze performance data to optimize social media spend and improve ROI.

• Manage Meta ads efficiently, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social media campaigns.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and match social content to operational performance and in-store sales.

• Communicate effectively with on-ground teams for real-time execution.

Requirements:

• A self-starter with strong marketing instincts and authority in execution.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience running social media for multiple brands (agency or in-house), ideally in F&B or retail.

• Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

• Fluent in social strategy, audience growth, and engagement tactics.

• Understanding of how social media drives business results, not just impressions.
