Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategy to achieve company goals and objectives
- Plan and manage content creation and distribution across all social media channels
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages promptly
- Identify key influencers and collaborate with them to amplify brand message
- Analyze metrics and provide insights to improve social media performance
- Keep up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience
- Proven ability to create compelling content and drive engagement
- Skilled in using social listening tools and analyzing data to inform decision making
- Expert knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
