Integrations Specialist (AU, IT, WFH)

Schedule: 7 AM to 4 PM

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical, fintech, or integration support role
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and tools like Postman or Swagger
  • Experience supporting partner or merchant onboarding processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving integration issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability when assisting partners
  • Team player with a proactive, customer-first attitude
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital payment systems
  • Experience using collaboration and ticketing tools (e.g., Slack, Jira, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with API documentation, SDKs, and JSON/XML data structures
  • Exposure to Agile environments and sprint-based work cycles
  • Degree or coursework in Computer Science, IT, or Business Systems Analysis

What You'll Do

As an Integrations Specialist, you'll play a key role in onboarding new fintech and crypto partners, ensuring their systems are integrated seamlessly with our client's platform. You'll support the technical side of integrations, resolve configuration issues, and ensure that every partner goes live smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the end-to-end partner integration process from setup to go-live
  • Assist in testing APIs, validating configurations, and troubleshooting integration errors
  • Monitor partner communication channels (Slack, Email, etc.) to respond promptly to queries
  • Work closely with the Integrations Manager and Technical Account Managers to resolve escalations
  • Document technical findings, FAQs, and integration best practices for internal reference
  • Perform basic API testing and data verification using Postman or similar tools
  • Proactively follow up on partner progress to ensure timelines are met
  • Gain an understanding of the client's product ecosystem to provide effective support
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes and workflows
